How do you breakdown the work in a way that makes your engineering team most effective? That's where I come in. With many years of development experience, a Project Management Professional certification, and numerous product ownership engagements where I brought multi-million dollar applications to life, you can be assured that I will handle the technical project management with ease. I will teach your team how to operate in an Agile fashion to ensure you are frequently receiving updates to a useable, tangible product.

agile and scrum workshops Your company is struggling to adopt Agile and Scrum in a way that's effective and adding value to the organization. Perhaps your team has fallen into the trap of using Agile terminology for what's really Waterfall methodology. As a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), my workshops will give you hands-on training on what it really means to be Agile, what the day to day execution would look like in the context of your organization, and what the benefits are supposed to be. I will also share my teaching material and many resources during the workshop to ensure your team has a point of reference as they make their transition to the new world of Agile.
